02 / COLLECTION SERVICES

Custom collections.
Built around your study.

Choose from remnant specimens, prospective collections, and custom programs. We coordinate specialized sample collection projects through hospital and laboratory partners.

Plan your collection
01

Remnant specimens

Retrospective hospital samples with typical volumes of 1–2 mL. We source against your requested analytes and clinical criteria.

02

Prospective & matched collections

Project-specific collection volumes, matched matrix sets, and defined patient cohorts tailored to your protocol.

03

Specialized bulk collections

Donor sourcing capabilities, plasma apheresis (PCS2), specialized anticoagulant collections, and custom disease-state bulk material.

03 / QUALITY & SHIPPING

From source
to shipment.

Clinical documentation, collection requirements, and transport conditions are part of the sourcing conversation from the start.

01

Clinical documentation

We collect laboratory reports and available medical history to help you evaluate each sample’s fit for your project.

02

Protocol-based sourcing

Hospital and laboratory procurement under IRB guidance. Collections can be arranged to meet project criteria for FDA and EU submissions, with applicable protocols confirmed during planning.

03

Bulk material testing

Bulk material is tested for HBV, HCV, HIV-1/2, and Treponema pallidum (Tp) using an FDA-approved donor test kit. Testing information is included on the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) at shipment.

04

International shipping

Ambient, cool-pack, temperature-controlled, and dry-ice options. Category B biological substances ship under UN3373, with UN1845 for dry ice where applicable.

Same-day collection and shipping can be arranged subject to feasibility. Destination rules may require import permits or a local customs intermediary.
